David Priestland, Professor of Faculty of History, University of Oxford, received his Ph.D. from the University of Oxford. He is a famous scholar in the history of communism, the history of socialism, and the history of the Soviet Union. Lowell Dittmer, a famous China watchers in the U.S, and Professor of Department of Political Science, University of California, Berkeley, is also Chief Editor of the journalAsian Survey. He received his Ph.D. from The University of Chicago , and his representative work is Sino-Soviet Normalizationand Its International Implications.
