Bio:

Gao Jianmin, professor. He got bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1999, obtained his doctorate from Stanford University in 2004, and did his postdoctoral research at the Scripps Research Institute. He is now professor at the Department of Chemistry, Boston College, mainly focusing on research on polypeptide and lipid. His honors and positions included: CAPA Distinguished Faculty Award, 2019; Smith Family Young Investigator, 2007, Smith Family Foundation, The Medical Foundation, Boston; Vice President, CAPA; Associate Editor, Bioorganic Chemistry Section of the journal Molecules; Member, American Chemical Society, American Peptide Society; evaluation expert, National Science Foundation,CHE, MCB and ACS Petroleum Research Fund; peep reviewer, Proceedings of National Academy of Sciences,Accounts of Chemical Research,Journal of the American Chemical Society. He has published 60 SCI papers on Acc.Chem.Res., J.Am.Chem.Soc., Nat.Commun., Nat.Struct.Mol.Biol., Science, etc.
